Kobus Mulder studied agriculture and dairy processing after which he spent 20 years working with small and large milk processors on dairy product development and quality improvement in South Africa. This was followed by 15 years as an international sales, marketing and distribution executive with a large dairy processor. For the last 15 years he has been advising start-up and existing cheese makers and companies on cheesery design, manufacturing methods, cheese making training and marketing strategies. His main focus is quality cheese methods and managing profitable cheeseries. He has worked in 11 Sub-Saharan Africa countries, Europe and the USA.
